The Family Engagement Center (FEC), opened on July 20, 2017, stands as a powerful example of what donor support makes possible. Fully funded through philanthropic investment—including the space itself, as well as all furnishings, supplies, and ongoing upkeep—the FEC reflects a sustained commitment from supporters to enhancing the experience of the people and families we serve.

More than a physical space, the FEC is an essential part of the campus experience. It serves as the central welcome point for all visitors and provides a dedicated, thoughtfully designed environment where families can connect, gather, and spend meaningful time together. From private overnight suites to shared spaces for visits and events, every element is intentionally created to feel warm, comfortable, and like home.

Because the FEC is entirely donor-funded, it is managed by the Springbrook Foundation, ensuring that it remains responsive, well-maintained, and aligned with the intent of the donors who make it possible. This stewardship allows the space to continue operating year-round as a vital resource for families, guests, and the broader community.
